Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Scott McKibben
Scott McKibben is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Matterhorn Venture Partners. Before founding Matterhorn Venture Partners, Scott was a Co-Founder, CIO, and Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group, where he oversaw the acquisition, development, and sale of industrial properties across the US, totaling nearly $8 billion in transactions and nearly 80 million square feet in over 30 states. He also was the Co-Founder and CEO of Madison Partners Realty, which purchased and managed over 5 million square feet of office and industrial space in Chicago and Milwaukee. Prior to that Scott as the VP of Acquisitions at Prime Group Realty Trust and was responsible for the acquisition and development of several million square feet of principally office buildings in the Midwest. Throughout his career, Scott has acquired or developed over $10.4 billion worth of primarily industrial and office properties. He holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University, an M.S. in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Scott is licensed as an attorney and as a managing real estate broker in Illinois. Scott is a board member and co-chair of the Goldie Initiative since 2023, the former president of Well of Mercy's board, and currently on the Metropolitan Housing Corporation board; also active with the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Board and DePaul University Athletic Department.

Matt Kay
Matt Kay is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Matterhorn Venture Partners. In this capacity, Matt is responsible for overseeing the company's investment strategies, investment underwriting and due diligence, and sourcing new acquisition opportunities. Prior to founding Matterhorn, Matt spent nearly 10 years at Brennan Investment Group, where he served as Vice President and Co-Head of Net Lease Acquisitions. In this role, Matt was responsible for sourcing single tenant net lease opportunities nationwide and overseeing acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments in Michigan. He played a key role in transactions totaling over $3.5 billion and approximately 30 million square feet. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is an active member of NAIOP. Matt is involved with various charitable organizations, including Patient Advisory for the ChadTough Foundation of C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, and a former board member of the Young Associates Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.

Tina Ramos
Tina Ramos is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Matterhorn Venture Partners. In this capacity, Tina is responsible for building MVP’s vast network of capital sources and for creating and implementing business lines that create investment opportunities for MVP’s investors and clients. During her career, Tina has capitalized over $7 billion of real estate in 130 transactions in the Southeast, Midwest, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Before founding Matterhorn Venture Partners, Tina was the Chief Investment Officer of The Missner Group, an industrial real estate investment platform, where she was responsible for capitalizing investment strategies for infill industrial real estate. She also served as a Senior Vice President of Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP) where she oversaw equity and debt investments for the Central U.S. and managed a separate account for a large public pension fund. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Tina loves giving back to her alma mater and serves as a Co-Chair of the Yale College Reunion Giving Committee and as a member the Yale Alumni Schools Committee. She is also an active member of NAIOP and involved in the Chicago-based Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF).
