ABOUT US

Teocalli Development is a real estate development firm providing high-style market-rate and affordable housing.

But what does Teocalli mean? Teocalli is the Nahuatl word for a Mexican pyramid, or more literally, "temple of the gods". The pyramids throughout Latin America are architectural marvels with superior construction and interactive, functional spaces. They were the heart of the city and had deep connections with the community and the environment. Teocalli Development is committed to bringing that same level of architectural significance and high-quality construction to every development, incorporating interactive green spaces and sustainability, resulting in improved quality of life for the end user and the community.

Our developments include new construction and the preservation of single-family homes, multi-family residences, apartments for rent, townhomes, and condominiums. Teocalli is committed to providing housing inventory in response to the housing shortage and employs a community-based approach to revitalize areas in need of reinvestment, aiming to foster income diversity and help close the wealth gap.

Teocalli is both MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and WBE (Women's Business Enterprise).
